For most of us, the last year has been a difficult one. A year no one could have predicted, a year full of chaos and unrest for many a reason. The difficulties caused by 2020, have manifested in making it difficult to maintain those all-important tight-knit bonds that hold our communities and families together. The difficulties may have impacted our health, through illness or lack of exercise.
